Give us your project.
We do the rest.
A managed matching service — not a directory, not a marketplace. A dedicated Account Manager handles your project from start to finish.
Buyer posts a project.
Free. Confidential. The buyer describes what they're evaluating — current solution, budget, timeline, company size, location. The buyer's identity is hidden from vendors at this stage; only industry, size, and location are shown. Unlike an RFP, the project is never public — only handpicked vendors matching the profile see an anonymised version.
Vendors browse. Vendors qualify.
Vendors browse live projects matching their profile. PipeTrust automatically scores each vendor against the project on category, industry, company size, geography, and budget. Score 80%+ — bidding unlocks. Below 80% — locked. Each project has a maximum of ten bid slots and a five business day window. Once filled or expired, bidding ends permanently.
We review every qualifying bid.
Our team manually reviews every bid against the buyer's brief. Match score got vendors in the door — pitch quality decides who's shortlisted. We select the three strongest matches.
Buyer reviews the shortlist.
A clean briefing arrives: three handpicked vendors, each with a company summary, pitch highlights, and the reason we selected them. The buyer reviews at their own pace and confirms which to meet — one, two, or all three. Contact details remain hidden until confirmation.
€299. Done.
Once you confirm your shortlist, all three vendors are introduced. PipeTrust hosts a structured Teams call where you meet all three. After the call, both sides have direct contact. The engagement begins.
Frequently asked.
Why do vendors need to score 80% to bid?
It's an automated relevance filter. The system compares the vendor's profile against the project on category, industry, size, geography, and budget. Below 80% — bidding is locked. Every bid you receive is from a genuine fit, never random spam.
What if I don't like any of the three shortlisted vendors?
Tell us. We review the remaining bids or open a new round. We don't close a project until you're satisfied.
Do all three shortlisted vendors get my contact details?
Yes — every vendor you confirm for introduction receives your contact details and joins the Teams call. You meet three handpicked vendors competing for your business — not one.
How long does the process take?
Typically seven to ten business days from project post to intro call. We review projects within twenty-four hours, bid windows run five business days, and intro calls are scheduled within forty-eight hours of vendor payment.
What categories does PipeTrust cover?
PipeTrust currently specialises in Supply Chain technology evaluations — including TMS, WMS, Control Tower, Visibility platforms, S&OP, Demand Planning, Procurement and Sustainability Tracking. We also handle adjacent categories including ERP & Finance, CRM & Sales, HR & Payroll, BI & Analytics, Cybersecurity and Marketing Technology — with the same rigour and process. If you're unsure whether your project fits, submit it. We'll tell you within 24 hours.
Can I post a project confidentially?
Yes. Your company name and contact details are never shown to vendors until you explicitly confirm an introduction. Vendors see your industry, company size, and requirements only.
Is my identity as a vendor kept confidential?
Yes. Your company name is never shown to the buyer — or to other vendors — during the bidding process. The buyer receives only your pitch, category, and relevant experience. Your identity is only shared when you are shortlisted and the buyer has confirmed they want to meet you.
